A word from the artisan: Figounade is a daring combination of desalted olives and Solliès figs (since that's where we come from). This preparation is best enjoyed with cheese, particularly long-aged Comté cheeses aged for 24 or 36 months. It also adds a unique touch to foie gras.

Ingredients: black olives (52%), Solliès figs (27%), lemon, onions, herbes de Provence, rapeseed oil. No allergens present.
