Black olives

A word from the artisan: This is THE benchmark for olive-based preparations. It's perfect as an appetizer, which is how we use it. But that's not all: this tapenade takes on a whole new dimension when spread on puff pastry and topped with crumbled goat cheese, for example. Roll out the puff pastry, cut it into small slices, and bake them in the oven: the result is a delicious olive and goat cheese snack. Serve with a salad for a remarkable meal.

Ingredients: black olives (74%), concentrated lemon juice, basil, garlic, herbes de Provence, rapeseed oil. No allergens present.
