A word from the artisan: This is a new recipe. As an appetizer, this dish goes very well with white wines. I also like it with cheese, especially blue cheese, as the beetroot and cumin complement its earthy flavor perfectly.

Ingredients: chickpeas (50%), beetroot (25%), garlic (1.5%), parsley (1.5%), cumin (1%), lemon, rapeseed oil, concentrated lemon juice. No allergens present.

Musical accompaniment: Têtes Raides, Bing Bang Boum.
