A word from the artisan: Inspired by the AOP terroir that surrounds us, we have created a preparation based on white lingot beans, figs, spices, and rosemary. It is intended to accompany foie gras. It can also be used to enhance meats, such as duck breast.

Ingredients: white lingot beans (52%), Solliès figs (27%), shallots (5%), five spices (1%), concentrated lemon juice, rosemary, rapeseed oil. No allergens present.
