A word from the artisan: This preparation is intended for a discerning audience who are used to eating fairly spicy food. It is excellent as an appetizer, but be warned: you will need to find wines with character to rival it. Otherwise, I prefer it with pasta alla arrabiata.

Ingredients: sun-dried tomatoes (70%), fresh chili peppers (10%), onions (5%), thyme (2%), Espelette peppers (1%), lemon, herbes de Provence, canola oil, concentrated lemon juice. No allergens present.
