A word from the artisan: This preparation is ideal as an appetizer, especially with raw vegetables. Like aioli, it pairs wonderfully with anything that comes out of the water. Façon C recommends spreading this preparation on a blini and adding a slice of salmon drizzled with lemon juice.

Ingredients: artichokes (74%), lemons (4%), Timut pepper (0.4%), parsley, rapeseed oil, garlic, concentrated lemon juice. No allergens present.
