A word from the artisan: One of our greatest successes to date. This aillade will be a hit as an appetizer with raw vegetables. Beyond its role as an appetizer, it pairs divinely with smoked salmon, smoked trout, scallops, and even seafood. The Façon C touch? Spread this spread on a chicory leaf, add small cubes of smoked trout, and garnish with lemon zest.

Ingredients: garlic (70%), lemons (2%), pink peppercorns (1%), basil, rapeseed oil, concentrated lemon juice, white vinegar. No allergens present.
