A word from the artisan: One of the first preparations we developed. It has now become a classic in our range. In addition to being used as an appetizer, i.e. on bread, toast, or raw vegetables, it is the perfect accompaniment to a crispy, sizzling pork chop cooked on the barbecue.

Ingredients: sun-dried tomatoes (73%), lemon, garlic, herbes de Provence, rapeseed oil, concentrated lemon juice. No allergens present.

Musical accompaniment: Renaud Garcia-Fons Trio, Arcoluz.
