A word from the artisan: This spread is made with candied peppers. It goes very well as an appetizer, like all our spreads. The Façon C touch? Pair it with aged sheep's cheese, Basque style.

Ingredients: sun-dried tomatoes (30%), red peppers (20%), pepper concentrate (20%), basil, garlic, onions, concentrated lemon juice, rapeseed oil. No allergens present.

Musical accompaniment: Abdullah Ibrahim Trio, Cape Town Revisited.
