A word from the artisan: Lemon is added to give this tapenade, one of the stars of the aperitif, a boost. I particularly enjoy it on a piece of veal. It will also delight your fish en papillote: before closing the aluminum foil, brush it onto your fish, it will tenderize the flesh and release extraordinary aromas.

Ingredients: green olives (72%), concentrated lemon juice, lemon, basil, garlic, turmeric, herbes de Provence, rapeseed oil. No allergens present.
