A word from the artisan: This is the very first recipe we created. It has stayed with us ever since. It is a marriage between southern peppers and western artichokes. Façon C recommends using it as a pesto on fresh pasta.

Ingredients: artichokes (46%), sun-dried tomatoes (14.5%), pepper concentrate (11.5%), basil, garlic, concentrated lemon juice, rapeseed oil. No allergens present.

Musical accompaniment: Bebo & Cigala, Lágrimas Negras.
