Garlic and parsley anchoïade

A word from the artisan: This is a revisited recipe. We have created an anchoïade that is perhaps a little less strong than the traditional version, but ours is still salty. We love it that way. It is a preparation that really comes into its own with raw vegetables, as an appetizer of course.

Ingredients: anchovy paste (42%), garlic (1.5%), parsley (1%), green anise, lemon, rapeseed oil. Allergens: fish.
